Having a detailed understanding of MS Project Server and SharePoint based EPM system's operation and capabilities, and the business process and principles it supports.
Resolving support requests for resource and project managers, and project team members.
Proactively engaging with business users and management teams to explore and capture their requirements, provide recommendations, and being valued as a trusted and respected customer advocate in the PMO.
General support of the PMO development activities including data migration and system testing.
Working to collaboratively propose and agree business requirements to deliver project, resource and product management process improvements

Based in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, you will be responsible for new product design and existing product improvement of all of our cutting edge products. These include analogue and digital circuits, touch screens, self-contained systems and accessory products. You will be involved in value engineering and dealing with component obsolescence; external EMC testing, certification (CE, FCC) and offering internal technical support to all aspects of the business. You will have experience of production design and ideally have an understanding of high volume design.
