Corporate Marketing Manager - Cambridgeshire The Role The core objective of the Corporate Cash Passport Marketing Manager is to develop and implement marketing strategies that will drive product uptake and revenue. Working closely with the product and sales teams, this person will leverage their expertise to develop campaigns, marketing communication and tactical activity that delivers against the objectives for the Corporate Cash Passport product portfolio. Key areas of responsibility; 1. The development and delivery of a global marketing strategy that delivers lead generation / acquisition and retention activity to achieve budgeted revenue for our Corporate products. 2. Demonstrable understanding of B2B marketing and full spectrum of channels including PR, exhibitions, lead generation activity and online. 3. Develop sales and marketing collateral for the global product suite and their key sectors including Maritime, Airlines and Travel, including all off-line sales promotion material, product packaging and online communications. 4. Knowledge and experience of tender/pitch processes including completion of tender documents and preparation of sales pitch presentation decks. 5. Ability to become the expert in Corporate Cash Passport and a key contributor to the development of best practise and our product portfolio. 6. Ensure all outputs fit with masterbrand architecture, customer segments and are delivered on time, are legally compliant and to budget. 7. Monitor competitor activity and communicate this insight to the product and sales team 8. Ability to work as part of a global team and build successful relationships with internal customers. This important role will work as part of the wide global team but will sit within the marketing function and will be split between London and Peterborough (30/70). The Person ? A proven track record in delivering B2B marketing activity (at least 4 years) ? Ideally gained experience in a cards / financial / professional services / regulated environment with multiple stakeholders ? Ideally you will have experience which spans a number of geographical markets, ideally including Australia and / or South America. ? You will have an organised mind ? Is a brand builder who understands the full marketing mix from an International company perspective with a desire to implement best practise. ? Can develops strong business cases showing how marketing activity will deliver the necessary ROIs. ? Innovative problem solver with a can-do attitude. ? Passionate about their subject ? A proactive, flexible and conscientious team player with excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills ? Ability to think and act commercially in order to demonstrate the business case and ROI ? A proactive, flexible, conscientious individuals who can work under pressure, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
