Role Summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Associate to join a well-established and growing team in London. This role will suit a solicitor with approximately 3–5 PQE who is looking to work on a varied caseload of private client matters, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of a respected practice. The position offers exposure to complex work, ongoing professional development, and a collaborative working environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a varied caseload of wills, trusts, estate administration, and succession planning matters, providing broad technical exposure
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and families on tax and wealth preservation issues, developing specialist expertise
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting long-term career development and business generation skills
• Working closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas, increasing exposure to complex and cross-disciplinary matters
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities, helping to grow professional profile and client base
• Delivering high-quality technical advice while maintaining excellent client service standards
Requirements
• Qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience (guide: 3–5 PQE)
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning matters
• Experience advising private individuals, families, and high-net-worth clients
• Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills
• Strong drafting, communication, and organisational abilities
• Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to business development activities
