Job Description

We're recruiting for an Operations & Executive Support to join our client's growing business in Peterborough. This is a full permanent, fully office-based role, working Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.15pm. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and capable individual looking to play a key role within a successful and growing organisation.\n\nThis Operations & Executive Support role is a varied and influential role supporting senior leadership across operational, commercial and financial activities.

You'll be a highly organised professional who enjoys working closely with key decision-makers, driving business performance, and ensuring priorities are delivered efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and cost control, tracking KPIs and performance data to support decision-making. Coordinate communication across departments to maintain effective service delivery and workflow.

Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency across the business. Organise and support management meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. Assist with special projects as required\n\nKey Requirements for the Operations & Executive support role\n\nThe successful candidate will have previous experience within operations, business support, office management, executive support, or a similar senior administrative position.

They will possess strong financial and commercial awareness, excellent organisational and planning abilities, and be confident communicating with senior stakeholders. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, are essential, along with the ability to work effectively within a busy office environment.
