Senior Lettings Consultant

We are delighted to be working with a well-established independent estate agency to find them an experienced and proven Senior Lettings Consultant for their successful team in Maida Vale.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a credible letting professional with deep knowledge of the Maida Vale market to join a respected agency at a senior level, with real scope to shape and grow the lettings business.

You must be an experienced and proven Maida Vale agent with a strong track record of winning new instructions and valuing property accurately and confidently. It is essential that you can demonstrate the credibility to build trusted landlord relationships, win business through your own network, and negotiate lettings through to successful completion.

Youll be responsible for:

• Valuing properties accurately and winning new instructions across Maida Vale and the surrounding area
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, generating repeat business and referrals
• Negotiating and progressing lettings from offer through to tenancy agreement
• Generating and conducting viewings, consistently hitting weekly targets
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and proactive prospecting
• Demonstrating in depth knowledge of the Maida Vale market and maintaining awareness of local competitors
• Overseeing tenancy progression and ensuring the highest standards of compliance throughout
• Acting as an ambassador for the business, upholding its reputation and professional standards at all times
